COLLEEN M. MEENAN
Colleen is an attorney, activist for worker, gender and LGBTQ equality, and Board member of the Shelley Leinheardt Fund. Her leadership skills, both in representing clients and advancing equality, will contribute to the Fund’s mission of providing economic assistance to those seeking justice in the workplace. As an ever-curious entrepreneur, Colleen welcomes the opportunity to fulfill the organization’s mission through the development of a sustainable organization.
Colleen is a past executive board member of NELA/NY, the local affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), a national organization for lawyers who promote the workplace rights of individual employees through legislation, education and litigation.

PATRICK DELINCE
J. Patrick DeLince’s practice concentrates on employment discrimination and business law matters at DeLince Law PLLC. He is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and has been practicing law in New York for almost three decades. Among other board affiliations, Mr. DeLince has previously served as Vice President of the Board of the National Employment Lawyers Association, New York Chapter (“NELA”) for over a decade and has chaired the NELA’s E-Discovery Committee and its Judiciary Committee throughout the years. He currently serves on the NELA Board as its DEI Officer.

WILLIAM D. FRUMKIN
Bill is of counsel to Frumkin & Hunter Law PC and practices in the area of labor and employment law, concentrating on employment discrimination and employee benefits cases. He earned his law degree at Pace University and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from UCLA.
Bill is a past President of the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and former Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of NELA at the national level. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association's (“NYSBA”) Labor and Employment Law Section and the former Co-Chair of its Employee Benefits and Compensation and Continuing Legal Education Committees. He is currently the Section’s liaison to and member of the NYSBA House of Delegates. Bill is also a former Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of Westchester Disabled on the Move. Inc. He was also named to the nationally recognized College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has appeared in New York Magazine as one of New York's top lawyers. Bill has been named to the list of the top 25 lawyers in Westchester County nine (9) times, as published in Westchester Magazine.
Bill has lectured extensively before bar associations and trade groups on various topics including Employee Benefits, Employment Discrimination and Federal Civil Procedure and Stress Management. He was a contributing author for Disability Discrimination in the Workplace (Clark Boardman and Callaghan) and Employee Benefits Law (American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment, BNA Books), in addition to publishing numerous articles on employment and benefits law matters in the New York Law Journal, the New York State Bar Journal, and other trade publications.

JOSHUA FRIEDMAN
Joshua Friedman, is a 1985 graduate of Columbia Law School, and represents employees in racial harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuits. He is a partner at Employment Law Firm P.C.
He was a Board Member of NELA NY. And currently remains a member of NELA National.
